Knowing your overall giving trend isn’t enough. One or two large gifts can mask what’s really going on in your program. Annual Fund Analysis
Annually we look at your annual fund results– or your entire program results– for the last 10 years, benchmark the results, dig into the details and provide recommendations to improve performance.
Mailing Analysis
Semi-annually we look at the performance of your individual appeals, both offline and online response, comparing the results year-over-year. We find the positive and negative trends and provide recommendations to improve performance.

Our data science produces insights you can act on

For both Annual Fund and Mailing Analysis you get presentation slides and data that you can use with your management and board.
What is our Process?
We start with your raw data file of gift transactions, with all your constituent, fund, gift type, appeal and other codes. We ask for at least 10 years of transactions so we can view trends over time and get the most accurate calculations of new donors, retention recovery and loyalty. We discuss and agree with you what segments to compare and what custom information will be most useful.
