For years, people have anticipated direct mail falling behind digital fundraising. However trustworthiness and tactility, among other factors, still make direct mail the most effective tool for a non-profit to generate sustainable revenue.

Join Sarah Gnerre and Gary Henricksen of Five Maples for this interactive session to review compiled, anonymized results from Five Maples’ client mailings including all sizes of fundraising shops, many of them New England-based. This is information you can’t find anywhere on the web! You will see recent, actual metrics such as acquisition and retention rates, recovery of lapsed donors, average gift, cost to raise a dollar, and return on investment. You will learn to evaluate the performance of direct mail fundraising and use the sometimes-surprising insights to guide decisions about lists, formats, how much and how often to ask, and timing to improve your results. You won’t want to miss it.
